Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped on the next available publication mailing. In the event of a delay, customers will be notified by e-mail. Shipping is standard only, with no special requests available.

Creative Quarterly reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified by e-mail.

Refund Policy

We are unable to refund customers. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please allow the subscription to expire. You will no longer be charged and delivery will cease.
